Over the past few months you may have noticed some changes at the Meeple. These changes range from things as seemingly inconsequential as our new staff shirts to as significant as our upcoming relocation!
We have many more improvements planned for the coming months, all leading up to the Meeple’s Big Move!
If you haven’t been in lately, here are just a few of the recent upgrades and additions:
Soft Pretzels – We recently added two types of soft pretzels as our first step towards a more substantial food menu. They’ve been a huge hit, and there’s more to come!
Updated Menus – Speaking of menus, we’ve redesigned ours, with the addition of all new photography. We’re glad you like them, and will be continuing the redesign in the coming weeks!
New Point of Sale – Long checkout times. They stink. You know it, we know it. And now we’ve fixed it! We have implemented a brand new point of sale system which has greatly reduced the bottle neck at the register. The system is also capable of growing with us in our new location, so the bottle neck won’t be back.
Loyalty Program Sunset – Unfortunately one thing our new point of sale system is not capable of is working with our existing loyalty program. We will be transitioning off of that program beginning the end of September. But don’t worry, participants with existing loyalty program balances will be able to cash out for rewards for the remainder of the year. If you were working towards and within striking distance of one of our high value rewards let us know, we have a plan for that. Ask your Game Master for details.
Tokens of Mastery – As our role players can attest, we have redesigned and relaunched our Meeple Tokens of Mastery program, complete with a truckload of new tokens! More to come on this program in the near future!
Non-Dairy Milkshakes – The addition of dairy free milkshakes was one of the top requests at our recent focus group. Our milkshake crafters have buckled down and tested a variety of ingredients, and we’re thrilled to be able to now offer non-dairy options while maintaining our high quality standards!
Brewery Spotlight – As part of our increased focus on craft beers, we recently launched a monthly Brewery Spotlight feature. In addition to being a great read, the Brewery Spotlight has resulted in an increased number of brewery rep visits to the Meeple. And stay tuned to this month’s spotlight for a special and exciting announcement! (hint, we’re now officially a Rogue Nation Ambassador Bar!)
This is only the beginning. We have plenty more exciting changes, upgrades and additions in store, all leading up to our relocation.
Stay tuned for continuing announcements!
