There’s something weird in our neighborhood… so we called the Ghostbusters!
Join us Friday, October 5th from 6:00-11:00pm for a very special evening of gaming and geekery! Delve into the world of Ghostbusters with a variety of game options, photo opportunities with Ecto-1 and the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man, and a very special appearance of the Shakebusters shake! (Costumes Encouraged!)
Included in the evening’s festivities will be the following game slots:
Ghostbusters Miniatures Game – 6:00pm, 7:30pm, & 9:00pm
Immerse yourself in a home grown game of miniature proportions! Defend the city from the onslaught of ghouls and spirits in this one-of-a-kind set up. Facilitated by Lisa Ford.
Ghostbusters RPG – 7:00pm & 10:00pm
Grab your proton packs and get ready to join the team in mini-sessions of this delightfully campy role-playing experience. But whatever you do, don’t cross the streams! Facilitated by Stephan Manchir.
Ghostbusters Trivia – 8:30pm
Test your knowledge of the Ghostbusters universe in this special session of trivia for up to 20 players and try to win some cool prizes! Facilitated by Stephan Manchir.
Ghostbusters Game Table – Throughout the Evening
In the main game room we will have a table with various Ghostbuster themed tabletop games available for playing at your leisure. Game Master Alex Ford will be on hand to teach you the finer points of ghost busting.
Additional Special Features:
Check out Ecto-1 up close with the life-size replica that will be parked out front of the Malted Meeple, and pose with a large inflatable Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man in a replica Ghostbuster jumpsuit. Use your own camera or get a retro polaroid with a donation to Extra Life Charities. Stare into the abyss of Vigo the Carpathian’s haunted painting while you enjoy a refreshing fall beer or rich, delicious milkshake.
Lastly, we are excited to be bringing back the Shakebusters shake for this evening only with 50% of the proceeds going to Extra Life Charities! Bust some ghosts and do some good, now THAT’s a party!
