August Milkshake Madness

07/28/2016

As we wind up July, it is once again time to count the votes and announce the winner in this month’s Milkshake Madness competition!

July’s Milkshake Madness theme was a patriotic Red, White and Blue. The experimental Candy Apple, Cheesecake and Blue Raspberry shakes were all popular in the informal polling, but the final ballot box results told a very different story. A landslide doesn’t even begin to describe this month’s voting. Cheesecake received as many votes as any shake we’ve ever entered into the ring. Candy Apple and Blue Raspberry, on the other hand, received what can only be described as a pity vote each. Without question, Cheesecake emerges as the victor in this month’s competition and is hereby crowned the August Milkshake of the Month and entered into the 2016 Meeple Madness Challenge lineup.

Cheesecake didn’t just set records at the ballot box. It also holds the distinction of being the most guest-modified milkshake we’ve ever created. Our guests often ask for special tweaks to their shakes, and enjoy devising interesting concoctions. That happened so often with this month’s Cheesecake flavor that we’ll be bringing Cheesecake back for next month’s Milkshake Madness competition – with a twist. The three Cheesecake based flavors for September’s competition will all be guest created! So throughout the month of August, let us know your favorite flavor of Cheesecake shake. The top three will compete next month!

But that’s next month’s competition. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. For August’s competition we have three desert themed shakes. Join us throughout August and cast your vote for our new S’mores, Banana Cream Pie, or Chocolate Marble Fudge shakes! At the end of the month the winning shake will become September’s Milkshake of the Month!
