Ravenwood Castle’s annual charity convention Hoop & Stick kicks off in just a few days. Hoop & Stick is not only our favorite convention of the year (admittedly, we may be biased), it also marks the start of a busy season on the convention trail.
Ravenwood Castle and The Malted Meeple will be hitting the road and visiting a lot of great game conventions. If you’re in the area and have an opening in your calendar, we strongly recommend these shows – they’re all a great time!

Cleveland, Ohio
Northeast Ohio’s fan-run fan convention for all things Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Gaming, Filk and fun.
May 2nd – 3rd OddMall

If it’s fun, artsy, geeky, crafty or odd, chances are it can be found at Oddmall. It’s the Emporium of the Weird.
May 15th – 17th AnCon

Another Game Convention. Cleveland/Akron’s local Game Convention and Hobby Gaming!
June 3rd – 7th Origins Game Fair
Columbus, Ohio

Note: We will not have a booth at GenCon, but will be wandering the show floor. Stop us and say hi!
September 25th – 26th GrandCon
Grand Rapids Michigan
West Michigan’s first ever hybrid convention with both comics and tabletop gaming. Gaming & Comics Convention.
Note: We have been hoping to make this convention for years. This year we surely will!
October 15th – 18th Con on the Cob
Akron, Ohio
Four day celebration of games, art, freaks, and fun!
We always have fun at conventions, whether manning a booth or wandering the show floor. The best part is seeing our friends and guests, and meeting new friends. Check out these great conventions, and be sure to stop by our booth or stop us on the show floor and say hello!
