NYE Murder Mystery at the Meeple: Gone Viking!

Murder Mysteries at the Meeple are 4-hour adventures that take guests on a wild ride including but not limited to: murder, mystery, and MORE! The second murder mystery is π—šπ—Όπ—»π—² 𝗩𝗢𝗸𝗢𝗻𝗴! hosted by Chelsea from Kraken Cases and will take place on New Year’s Eve.

Join us December 31st from 7-11 PM as you try to pillage your way through the clues and figure out whodunnit. There will be plenty of mead flowing all night! Stick around and game afterwards and celebrate the end of 2021 at the Meeple. The winner will receive bragging rights, a certificate, as well as a drinking horn from McAlpine Meadery.

Upon purchasing a ticket to reserve a seat, your name and email address will be given to the host of the mystery who will contact you directly with a character list. Characters will be selected on a first booked, first choice basis. Costumes are highly encouraged!

On the day of the event players will be provided a PDF for each of their characters that includes a set of secrets about themselves and others that they may choose to hide or divulge at their discretion. These secrets are divided into three rounds. The Host will instruct all players to read their next round of information at various points throughout the game.

The Icelandic Commonwealth and Legislative Assembly, along with Law Speaker Hella, request your presence at the LΓΆgberg for the Althing Meeting. Here you may present your grievances or speak on important matters regarding all Iceland.

Citizens of all Iceland have gathered at LΓΆgberg – the Law Rock – for the annual council of the Commonwealth. Here they will recite the laws, settle disputes, and address concerns relating to all of Iceland.

Jarl Skal and his family are the most powerful clan in Iceland now, but tensions are brewing between the Jarl and his rival, Rorik Olafson. And to make matters worse, an uninvited visitor from Norway threatens the peace of the Law Meeting.
