Join us at The Malted Meeple on October 11th from 4 PM – Midnight for a ghostbustin’ good time! The spookiest of all seasons HAROLDS the return of Cleveland Ghostbusters to the halls of the Meeple for the night. You would be RAMIS if you missed this year’s paranormal activities. We will be working together to raise money for Extra Life and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals while bustin’ all kinds of ghosts along the way. Costumes are encouraged!
Get up close and personal with Vigo the Carpathian’s haunted painting, pose for a picture with the giant inflatable Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man, or check out the one-of-a-kind Ghostbusters vehicles parked right in the front of the Meeple. You can use your own camera to snap a memory or you can get a retro polaroid with a $5 cash donation to Extra Life Charities! That donation goes directly to Extra Life and allows you to not only have the polaroid as a keepsake, but to raid the Ghostbusters costumes and prop selections to truly get into character.
From 4 PM – Midnight in the Great Hall, we will have various Ghostbusters-themed tabletop games for playing at your leisure. Don’t worry if you don’t know how to play – Game Master Alex Ford will be on hand to teach you the finer points of ghost busting. Check out the list below for a sneak peek:

Make-and-take Ectoplasm Slime! – 6:00 PM
Kids will love getting a chance to make their own ectoplasm! From 6 PM – 7 PM stop by the Great Hall for this free craft facilitated by one of our staff members. Make sure to call or message us to reserve a space.
Ghostbusters Trivia – 7:00 PM
Test your knowledge of the Ghostbusters universe in this special session of trivia! Come join us in your team of 2-6 people to face off against other fans. Yes, there are some pretty cool prizes! Facilitated by Stephan Manchir.
Ghostbusters RPG – 8:00 PM
Grab your proton packs and get ready to join the team in a mini-session of this delightfully campy role-playing experience. But whatever you do, don’t cross the streams! This session will use original West End Games ‘Ghostbusters’ tabletop D6 rules from 1986. Please call to reserve your space as seating is limited! Facilitated by Stephan Manchir.
Ghostbusters Miniatures Game – various sessions throughout the night
Immerse yourself in a home-grown game of miniature proportions! Defend the city from the onslaught of ghouls and spirits in this one-of-a-kind set up. You have to see it to believe it! Facilitated by Lisa and Alex Ford.
Last but not least, we are excited to be bringing back the Slimer-approved Shakebusters shake for this evening only with 50% of the proceeds going to Extra Life Charities!
