June Publisher’s Spotlight – Cubicle 7

06/19/2018

Our Publisher’s spotlight for June shines on Cubicle 7, a creative team out of United Kingdom that brought us June’s Game of the Month, Adventures in Middle Earth!

Cubicle 7 has been crafting adventures for years, partnering with popular properties from Warhammer to Doctor Who, bringing us rich narratives and escapes from the mundane reality of our daily lives by pulling us into the magical worlds of Lovecraft, Steampunk, Timelords, and more! They are well known for The One Ring Roleplaying Game (another Middle-Earth adventure system), and recently brought Tolkien’s Middle-earth to the 5th Edition of Dungeons & Dragons with Adventures in Middle Earth. But they aren’t just a role-playing game publisher, you can press your luck in Dalek Dice, engage in family competition in Dungeon Abbey, and craft tall-tales in Hobbit Tales.

Cubicle 7’s game catalog reaches far and wide in themes and genres. Go on a Steampunk adventure in Victoriana, travel through time and space with the Doctor Who RPG, and delve into madness in Cthulhu Britannica. Whatever your style, you are sure to find something you’ll want to dive into amongst their offerings.

In addition to their award-winning games, Cubicle 7are also awesome human beings who champion the philosophy of “Games For All” by constantly improving their offerings to be inclusive, accessible, and enjoyable to everyone. We whole-heartedly agree with their philosophy on the importance of games as a means of connection and relaxation: “Games provide an invaluable opportunity to escape the trials and pressures of day to day life. Games provide moments of unmitigated joy and companionship. Games are important.”

We love what Cubicle 7 has to offer and look forward to what they come up with next! Warhammer Fantasy Role-play Fourth Edition is due out this month in PDF and Hardcover in July!
