A few months ago, we announced some exciting new changes at the Meeple, all of which are leading up to our upcoming move to 53 Milford Drive in downtown Hudson.
A lot has happened since then, and we wanted to take a moment to share an update on our progress, and some more great Meeple news!
Construction – The planners are done planning, the architects are done architecting, and the construction is underway! Demolition began early this week, as we clear out the old and prepare for the new. Here is a quick teaser image, stay tuned for more as construction progresses!
Expanded Coffee Menu – We haven’t been idle while waiting for the construction on the new building. We’ve been using our time to put the finishing touches on some of the many new offerings we’ll be featuring at the new location. The really exciting news is that we are even able to roll some of those offerings out here in our current location!
For instance, do you need an extra jolt of energy for those late night gaming sessions? Starting this week we are offering an upgraded line of coffee drinks! Enjoy an espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha or caramel macchiato with your game. For the more adventurous, try one of our new flavored lattes, such as the Dark Sorcerer (Dark Chocolate and Coconut) or the Toffee Troll (English Toffee). We even have some caffeine with a kick, such as the Mind Flayer (Dark Chocolate, Kraken Spiced Rum and Kahlua) or the Red Dragon (Hot Cinnamon and Fireball Whiskey). Party Packages – Our new location will have not one, not two, but three private party rooms! Although Meeple parties are already awesome, we felt that such a huge upgrade in facilities required us to kick things up a notch. We put our team of experts to work, and came up with a brand new slate of party packages. In addition to our standard Meeple Party, we now offer dedicated Board Game Parties and customized Role Playing Parties for either beginner or veteran role players. We also have themed Star Wars Parties coming soon!
There are many more upgrades on the horizon, including a complete overhaul and upgrade of our role playing offerings that we are really excited about. As always, stay tuned here for continuing announcements and updates!
